NutriDiets (International Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics Science) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality scientific research that advances the fields of nutrition, dietetics, food science, public health, and related health sciences. The journal serves as a global platform for researchers, clinicians, dietitians, nutritionists, public health practitioners, epidemiologists, environmental health specialists, and occupational health professionals to disseminate innovative research that contributes to improving human health and well-being.
The journal welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, scoping reviews, brief reports, case studies, methodological papers, and evidence-based perspectives. NutriDiets promotes multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research integrating nutrition science with medicine, epidemiology, public health, environmental health, occupational health and safety, behavioral sciences, and health policy to address contemporary global health challenges.
The journal particularly encourages studies focusing on nutrition-related diseases, dietary assessment, nutritional epidemiology, clinical nutrition, community nutrition, food systems, sustainable diets, health promotion, disease prevention, and interventions that improve nutritional outcomes across the life course. In addition, NutriDiets welcomes research on environmental and occupational factors affecting nutrition and health, including workplace nutrition, food safety, environmental exposures, risk assessment, and sustainable public health interventions.
All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, methodological rigor, and ethical integrity.
